1.1 How we collect your personal information
We collect two types of information about you: (1) personally-identifiable information; and (2) information we collect by virtue of web analytics.
The personally-identifiable information we collect includes basic details, such as your name, contact details, your payment information and in some instances the names of other people traveling or enjoying the booking with you.
We will also collect information relating to your use of the Website including the transactions you carry out. This information is generally collected to administer your bookings, to ensure your receive the best service and to send you details of deals that we think might interest you. The Website might also ask you to provide a review of a service after your booking to help other users identify whether it might be what they are looking for. We may also from time to time operate referral programs to allow you to access special deals. Each of the services described above will require us to obtain further information from you.
We also offer a mobile app which collects and processes your personal data. Our app works in much the same way as the Website the sole difference being we are also able to obtain your location data. This allows us to send you more relevant content and offers through the app, including through push notifications.
The Website is integrated with various social media platforms. Where you use those social media services we may collect information about you from the social media provider.
We carry out web analytics on our Website which allow us to understand and optimise the operation of the Website (please see the “Cookies” section below for further details). We may send you special offers or alerts to let you know that there is limited time to make a booking for a specific event or service. We believe that these alerts provide you with the best opportunity to benefit from offers and to take advantage of the last chance to buy you can ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes by changing your marketing preferences in your account.
